The cuckoo clock case is surrounded by a deeply carved maple leaf, and the roof is topped with a delicately handcrafted bird's head. If the door does not open, the bird's head may be stuck. To resolve this, simply place the clock upright and gently help the bird out, and the problem should be solved.
